Dream Empire Events is back for another spectacular vintage extravaganza on the 10th of May from 11am on Leigh Road Rec.
After the success of “Revelry On The Rec” a celebration and commemoration for 80 years of D Day, Eastleigh VE Day 80 will be bigger and better than before.
Expect to see a whole host of vintage vehicles, entertainment and activities, as well as vintage/retro and modern day stalls. There will also be a focus on military charities.
There will be entertainment on the bandstand, a licensed bar, hay bales seating area and lots to keep the kids entertained too such as face painting, bouncy castle, vintage fair ground rides and side show games.

Wow, what a line up of entertainment we have for you at Eastleigh VE Day 80
Performances on the bandstand from Nathalie Millyard , The Satin Dollz , Goodnight Sweethearts - New Forest and Roy Coombes Vintage Singer who will also be your compere for the day.
Punch Entertainments will be doing 4 Punch & Judy shows throughout the day
Jive 'n' Boogie will be here all day too, and you are welcome to join in with the dancing or approach them for help, but we have scheduled in a session for them to teach you some jive moves, and we will definitely be joining in with that ourselves.
Lookalikes have managed to secure us a Winston Churchill who will be on site from 12pm-2pm. He will be available for meet & greet/photo opportunities and catch him on the bandstand at 12.45pm
Big thanks to our friends at Blake Entertainments - Galaxy Events Limited who will be providing the PA for all the wonderful entertainers.
All of this will be captured by Phillips Photography, our event photographer and you are very welcome to take your own photos.
