A 10-week beginners C25K course at The Hub, Bishopstoke.
The Solent Running Sisters present a 10-week beginners C25K course aimed at helping participants run 5K without breaks by the end. Led by a UK Athletics coach, the course includes progressive sessions and culminates in a graduation run at Southampton parkrun. It's a friendly and supportive club. The course fee is £42, which includes club membership until March 2026.
