Cindy Polemis
This talk focuses on the extraordinary contribution Brazilian artists made to 20th century modernism. Brazilian artists infused international influences with distinctive and vibrant visual culture, fuelled by diverse identities and the unique landscapes of South America's largest country. Cindy Polemis is an art historian, independent lecturer and art guide. In an earlier career, she was a radio producer and presenter for the BBC World Service working in news and current affairs.
