DESCRIPTION:This year marks 25 years of goPhysio in Chandler&rsquo\;s Ford\, and to celebrate we are hosting 25 Hours of Movement - 25 continuous hours of Pilates and movement classes from Thursday 25th June to Friday 26th June.
\nThe event is raising money for local community causes and wellbeing initiatives\, including Mountbatten Hampshire\, Open Sight\, Baby Necessities and Shepherds Down School.
\nLocal people\, businesses\, families and community groups are invited to get involved by joining a class\, taking on a movement challenge\, sponsoring an hour\, donating a raffle prize or simply helping us spread the word.
\nClasses are open to all abilities\, and no Pilates experience is needed. Our aim is to raise &pound\;7\,500\, the equivalent of &pound\;300 for each of the 25 hours\, but any support is hugely appreciated.
