Rejoice!
After much work and effort following user feedback, the latest Eastleigh Online app has been approved by apple and is now available in the app store! This starts to help this place become a much more useful and constructive place for discussions than Facebook.
This new version includes push notifications - so you’ll be notified in real time based on your notification preferences. You can completely customise your notifications to follow individual topics, categories, or tags. They key icon you’re looking for is this little bell:
If you click on it it will expand to become:
If you reply to a topic you’ll automatically be marked as watching and will receive notifications.
If you find the email notifications frustrating - feel free to turn them off in your account preferences.
