This 2-Hour workshop involves practical skills and theoretical learning that teaches about the essentials of personal safety, security and self-defence. This is not a martial art or sport, this is training designed to work under pressure in real world situations, such as assaults or attacks. This is an ideal introduction to personal safety and self-defence, allowing participants to feel more confident and self-aware when potentially facing situations that could pose a threat to their personal safety.
